Username

Your username is your application number, which can be found on all correspondence you have received from University of Sunderland. If you are unsure of your student number, please contact Admissions via admissions@sunderland.ac.uk

Password

Passwords are case sensitive, so check Caps Lock is not on. If you still have problems it is best to reset your password with the link below:

Expired Account

When you try and login if you receive an error message stating your account has expired, please contact our IT helpdesk on 0191 515 3333.

Your username is your student email address i.e. ab1cde@student.sunderland.ac.uk

For new students, this emailed to you once you have enrolled. This can be found in the email titled "University of Sunderland: Your new user ID"
