Your username is your student number, which can be found on all correspondence you have received from University of Sunderland. If you are unsure of your student number, please contact Student Administration via studentadmin@sunderland.ac.uk

What is ‘myApplication’?

myApplication is essentially your application home, here you can check the status of your application, complete any course related forms, upload any qualifications, view your offer letter, information about Student Finance, as well as contacting us.


Updating Personal Information

You are responsible for keeping all your personal details such as address, phone number etc up to date. Please select the ‘ Update’ button next to the address you want to update which will allow you to update your email and telephone number


Expired Account

When you try and login if you receive an error message stating your account has expired, this is most likely because you have previously been a student at the University. We will need to reset your details, please call our IT helpdesk on 0191 515 3333 and they will help resolve this issue.

Updating Personal Information

You are responsible for keeping all your personal details such as address, phone number etc up to date.

Go to the ‘My Personal Details’ and ‘click on check/update address details’

What is 'Agent: Hub'?

The agent hub is an online system that we have developed to allow you to access our online application links (ensuring each student application is linked to your account). Check the progress of each student application you submit, complete any course related form on behalf of your student, for example Medical form, upload qualifications or visa documentation, view your students offer letters and accept offers on their behalf in real time.

The Hub will provide you with full visibility on the applicant journey and enable a faster turnaround on applications.


Username

Your username is your agent code or a variation of it, for example UOS1 that can be found on our contractual agreement

If you are unsure of your code please contact the International office via international.office@sunderland.ac.uk


Password

If you cannot remember your password please contact the International office via international.office@sunderland.ac.uk


What if applicants are missing from your Agent: Hub?

Stating their full name and applicant ID code.

If an applicant that you are supporting with their application is missing from your agent hub, please contact the International office via international.office@sunderland.ac.uk stating their full name and applicant ID code.

Username

Your e:Vision username is your University of Sunderland username e.g. ab12cde, not your email address
